Design-led energy-project leader with 16+ years in UK consultancy, delivering major programmes from concept and FEED through detailed design and installation. I set execution strategy, run large programmes, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver on cost, schedule, quality, and risk. My work covers portfolio optimisation, optioneering, supply-chain engagement, and post-award contract management, building strong ties with developers, fabricators, and contractors. Alongside offshore wind, I offer cross-sector experience in mining, large infrastructure, oil & gas, nuclear, and tunnelling—using proven approaches to improve constructability, reduce risk, and create commercial value. I contribute to industry guidance and lecture on offshore energy systems at the University of Bologna.
